K2 Integrity is seeking a Forensic Engineer to support construction integrity monitoring, construction audit, and forensic investigations on major projects in KSA.

This role is located onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supporting forensic engineering services on new and existing assignments as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including, but not limited to, preparing work papers, drafting client deliverables and working within established time and budget.
- Engage in engineering investigations and studies regarding, but not limited to, site visits to monitor work in progress, audits of monthly valuations and tender evaluations for contract work completed, quality assurance and quality control audits of areas such as inspections, review of change orders for contract compliance, accuracy and completeness, inappropriate material submission or substitution, tender reviews and performance of field investigations.
- Interact with owners and their representatives as well as personnel from construction firms and contractors. May also conduct interviews with contractors and their employees, as needed to support investigations or team activities.
- Travel is needed to support assignments (up to 75% of travel expectation).
Qualifications:
- Degree in construction management, engineering, and/or related field.
- Professional engineering registration (Chartered Engineer or equivalent) preferred.
- Airport experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of engineering, inspections, construction management, architecture, construction audit, or other construction related fields.
- Knowledge of international engineering standards (e.g., concrete codes) considered a plus.
- Related experience in the safety, environmental and mass transit sectors considered a plus.
- Construction and/or project management skills highly desired.
- Experience working on capital construction and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (including local building codes) is a plus.
- Experience with schedule management tools such as Primavera.
- Experience with project management information systems such as TUC, Procore, Unifier, and MS SharePoint.
- Multilingual skills (Arabic and English) strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, team player, self-motivated and possess strong technical, analytical, and communications skills (both verbal and written).
- Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”) desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with schedule management tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
