K2 Integrity is seeking an onsite Chief of Staff to join the corporate team, working exclusively for the CEO and closely with the senior leadership and management teams. This role will be responsible for offering strategic support to the CEO as a project manager to help drive enterprise growth through the implementation of best project execution practices and manage integral client relations efforts. The Chief of Staff will assist with new initiative strategy development, collaborate with internal teams and external contacts of the CEO, and take lead in the development and follow-through of project plans, ensuring accountability and successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this role is resourceful, enjoys challenging projects, and the journey of solving problems as much as reaching successful outcomes, while working in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be able to simultaneously manage clients, partnerships, and projects with ingenuity, and have the ability to establish nonlinear connections to further business initiatives.

Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure CEO projects, potential partnerships, and client work are all logged, prioritized, and supported until completion.
  • Oversee and monitor pipeline of key initiatives and projects to ensure clear and timely execution of priorities, while also identifying potential obstacles.
    • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget plans.
    • Designate project resources.
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
    • Distribute weekly reports to CEO, senior leadership team, and stakeholders, outlining strategy, progress, and key recent developments.
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support CEO in managing client relations:
    • Attend meetings, create meeting agendas, preview materials for accuracy and quality and distribute materials; draft and circulate meeting notes, following up on action items in conjunction with plans/discussions.
    • Work with staff and/or department leads to discuss the best approach, communications, and materials for each client or project.
    • Create detailed project management plans; guide incoming and outgoing project files; maintain electronic files for ease of access and version control; streamline flow of materials, ensuring confidentiality protocols and correct versions are distributed.
    • Utilize CRM tool and client account plans to ensure service quality, prioritization, and execution of activities within account plans.
    • Prioritize and manage project tasks, providing solutions to project related issues, keeping the appropriate parties informed.
  • Liaise seamlessly with executive assistants on scheduling, travel, prioritization of internal and external meetings.
  • Develop, maintain, and nurture key relationships across departments, as well as with clients and their networks.
  • Develop an understanding of key metrics and management information used to operate the business.
  • Perform any other relevant project related duties, when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or communications related field; advanced degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred.
  • 1-2 years in a project management role, with preferred focus on corporate strategy and client relations.
  • Experience with project planning and execution; proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scopes, budget, and timeline; ability to predict resources needed to reach objectives; and the ability to manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ability to be flexible to the evolving needs of clients and/or team, while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, sense of urgency, persistence, resourcefulness, and motivation.
  • Strong work ethic, with a positive, can-do attitude; pro-active and service oriented.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects, successfully prioritizing and multi-tasking with sound judgment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with awareness of emotional intelligence, and the ability to be a good listener, ask thoughtful questions, and establish strong connections.

Minimum Salary: $100,000 | Maximum Salary: $115,000
